1. INTRODUCTION
1.1
You will be able to access most areas of this Website
without registering your details with us. Certain areas of
this Website may only be open to you if you register.

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by
updating this posting. You should check this Website from
time to time to review the then current terms and
conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain
provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded
by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on
particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to
accept any new terms and conditions after we have given
notice, you should not continue to use this Website.
2. ORDERING FROM US
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by
ordering via our online checkout process, by sending us a
completed order form or by sending us any document that the
customer has declared as an order.
As part of our checkout process you will be given the
opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors.
We will send you an email order acknowledgement, detailing
the products you have ordered.
2.2
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the
order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email.
When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be
made even if your payment has been processed immediately,
unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order
or you have cancelled your order.
2.3
We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your
payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product
description error;
(d) when manufacturing facilities are fully
booked or unavailable;
(e)
if the customer delivery address is outside of mainland UK;
(f)
during business holidays;
(g)
during periods of staff shortages or sickness; or
(h)
if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our
terms and conditions.
2.4 Delivery and Inspection
Coverscreen cannot accommodate customer collection in any
form.
Although we will do our very best to deliver your goods on
the day specified and try to provide every assistance, we cannot be held responsible in the unlikely
event that any couriers, postal service or other carrier used, fail to deliver on
the specified day.
Once goods are dispatched, they are under the responsibility of the carrier
who the customer must contact for further delivery information
if required.
All necessary delivery and contact information to allow the
customer to make contact is provided in your tracking email
sent upon dispatch.
Problems with deliveries are extremely rare. However, unforeseen problems can occur that are
beyond the control of Coverscreen.
The
customer shall inspect the goods immediately on arrival
thereof and shall note shortages or damage on the delivery
note and give written notice to the delivery, with full
details of the claim, within seven
days from such arrival.
If the customer should fail to give such notice within the
said period the goods shall be deemed to be in all respects
in accordance with the contract and the customer shall be
bound to accept and pay for them
accordingly.
3. PRICING AND QUOTATION
CALCULATORS
Online
quotations are not legally binding or subject to any terms
unless an order is placed and agreed by us to be correct and
acceptable.
Our online quotation systems are provided with the best of
intentions for the benefit of our customers but as with all
complex systems, errors may arise that may have been missed
during design and commissioning.
Orders that are placed based on online quotations will be
checked by hand and in the event that price changes or
errors have occurred we will notify the customer by email.
3.1 Customers calculating prices for made to measure
goods will be informed of any errors made on their part
along with their order confirmation email. The customer must
respond by email, as to whether they which to proceed with
the order based on any adjusted pricing.
3.2
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and
insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates
are set out in our specified pricing structure shown
elsewhere on this Website.
3.3
Our prices are reviewed periodically and are subject to
change without notice.
4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to sales@coverscreen.co.uk
before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you,
by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2
below.
(c) where manufacturing has commenced on any products
that are made or customised specifically for you, the
customer will incur cancellation fees equivalent to the
value of the products and/or part products so far
manufactured. This fee is a minimum of 25% of the total
order value and will be as high as the total order value if
manufacturing is complete.
4.2
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason
at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or
exchange, unless clause 4.4 below is applicable. The costs
of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all
protective wrapping and provisions in place. Failure to
correctly pack resulting in goods becoming damaged in
transit, will not be refunded and must be claimed by the
customer from their chosen carrier.
4.3
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of
the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4.4
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in
clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
- in the event that the product has been used
- to any products that we have made or
customised specifically for you
The
provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory
rights.
5. LICENCE
5.1
You are permitted to print and download extracts from this
Website for your own use on the following basis:
(a) no documents or related graphics on this Website
are modified in any way;
(b) no graphics on this Website are used separately
from accompanying text; and
(c) any of our copyright and trade mark notices and
